General Summary

Effectively generates content that will be published on the college’s website, social media platforms and other marketing platforms both print and digital. Serves as a productive member of the college communications department through creation of multimedia content like photography, videography, writing, graphic design projects and event coverage. Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures.



Essential Functions

Continuously searches for positive and interesting content ideas for Central Community College. Works closely with staff, faculty and administration to generate content for CCC.

Keep up to date with evolving media story telling trends and techniques. Shares information with colleagues and incorporate new trends into content creation.

Meet with programs and departments throughout the semester to brainstorm, create and produce content that will resonate with the target audience.

Works closely with Sr. Director of College Communications and Marketing Manager for photography, videography, story writing and graphic design project coverage. Collaborates and role models professional communication standards and work ethic to colleagues including campus student brand ambassador.

Works with colleagues to preserve and build the integrity of the CCC brand standards and logo.
