Permanent position, 28 hours per week.
Wellbeing Support Services are looking to recruit a part-time (0.7693 FTE), permanent member of staff to their Administration team. We are seeking an experienced administrator with excellent communication and time management skills who is able to work flexibly, reacting to events as and when they arise. The post holder will be required to liaise with both students and staff on a daily basis, often acting as the first point of contact.
The post holder will be required to work 28 hours per week as follows:
Monday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Tuesday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Wednesday 8:30am – 4pm
Thursday 9am – 5:30pm
Wellbeing Support Services delivers a wide range of student support services through the Wellbeing, Disability and Counselling & Psychology Interventions teams. We are committed to providing professional services that are tailored to individual requirements and aimed at enabling students to successfully complete their studies and enhance their student experience.
Wellbeing Support Services is a demanding department within the University and the post holder must be able to work in an emotional environment. You will often be supporting and dealing with emergency/crisis situations and distraught students/parents.
