Francis University invites applications for a full-time position of Advertising & Campaign Strategist in the Department of University
Communications & Marketing. The Advertising & Campaign Strategist is responsible to lead paid advertising strategy, execution, and
performance optimization in support of institutional marketing goals. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing
advertising campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and other media channels, with a strong emphasis on media planning, audience
targeting, budget oversight, and campaign performance analysis.
The Advertising & Campaign Strategist works independently to
manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, analyze performance data, and apply data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and return on
investment. The position collaborates closely with internal marketing, communications, and enrollment teams, as well as external agencies
and media vendors, to facilitate brand-aligned advertising creative and ensure timely execution of campaigns. Success in this role requires
strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and vendor relationships while representing the
University professionally.
Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or
related field and have several years of experience managing paid advertising or media campaigns. Experience with digital advertising
platforms, performance analytics, and campaign optimization is strongly preferred.
