In response to continued growth and career progression of current role holders, Warwick Manufacturing Group has an opening for a Senior Teaching Fellow in Engineering Business Management. We are looking for either an academic or an industry based professional with a proven track record and a wide knowledge base in aspects of Engineering Business Management (e.g. finance, supply chain, quality) and its practical implementation, primarily at undergraduate level.
You will be involved in the design, organisation, flexible delivery, management, and administration of teaching programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate level. In addition to the supervision of undergraduate and MSc students as a personal and research supervisor.
The post involves engaging with large and small lecture groups, seminar-based teaching and management of student research project modules using a variety of interactive learning methods. An experiential approach coupled with applied learning are typical of this modern curriculum. In addition, supporting students in developing excellent employability skills is a key focus.
