Background

Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) is among the small group of business schools with an established reputation for excellence in both business research and education, holding the “triple-crown” accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS). The school is ranked as the 3rd in London by FT European Business School Ranking – 2020. Bayes Executive Education draws together the top faculty of Bayes to provide highly-distinctive bespoke and open executive education programmes for organisations across a wide range of industries and sectors of society.

Responsibilities

As an experienced salesperson and senior member of the Bayes Business School’s Executive Education team, the Client Director is primarily responsible for leading the development of new and existing learning and development solutions for clients through customised and open programmes to provide the right learning solution for clients in the business community. The role requires knowledge and experience of managing relationships with Directors of HR, CEOs and L&D Managers as well as the capacity to secure new revenues streams.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have a post-graduate degree (MBA or MSc in a managerial discipline preferred). The candidate would also have demonstrate experience and skills in selling sophisticated professional and educational services to senior corporate decision-makers as well as excellent written and oral communication skills (proposal writing, business pitch presentations). Skills at sales, negotiations and contract management as well as strong project management and supervisory skills are essential to the position.
