The Bedford College Group, has an exciting new opportunity based at our Tresham College campus in Kettering for a HR Co-ordinator, following a change of structure within the team. The role presents a significant opportunity for someone looking to drive their HR career forward.
As a Human Resources Co-ordinator with us, you will play a key role, in the success of our colleges and their students through supporting the HR Managers and Advisors in the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, consistent and accurate HR service, demonstrating high levels of customer service to stakeholders across the group.
The main focus of this role is to provide accurate guidance and administration, responding in a timely manner through all aspects of an employee’s life cycle to include but not limited to:
- Variations to contract
- Family Leave
- Flexible Working
Ideal candidates will have proven experience of working as an HR Administrator in a busy environment, with an ability to maintain strong attention to detail and an ability to communicate confidently and professionally through a range of mechanisms, such as phone, written correspondence as well as video calling facilities.
Candidates should also be qualified to CIPD or Business Administration Level 3.
