Summary
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Ensures outside components of golf operations is facilitated,
such as golf cart fleet management, bag drop, driving range, and putting green management along with consistent facility/grounds cleanliness
and upkeep
General Responsibilities
- Responds to requests for program information by staff, students, and
faculty; handles any necessary correspondence - Maintains records of program activities; oversees and ensures the timely processing
and delivery of required materials - Conducts research and compiles materials and information in support of program
- Collects
and helps to analyze data and information generated or produced by program; writes reports and other written materials based on this
data - Coordinates event planning related to program, while working with a wide range of people (university administrators, faculty,
students, and vendors)

EDUCATION
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or
GED)
WORK EXPERIENCE

- 2 years of related work experience

Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to
operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving
around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an
accommodation.
Work Hours
Schedule requires flexibility, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and
holidays.
