General Description /
Primary Purpose:
The Associate Director Admissions Operations manages the processing of all undergraduate applications,
including specialized areas of international admissions, documentation, reporting, and ensuring compliance and driving process improvements
across the team.
Job Function:
-
Manage and oversee application and transcript business processes, data capture
and input, application processing and decisioning, and notification functions. -
Ensure effective and user-friendly application
processes for students and admission team members. This includes supervising the processing of applications, transcripts, and other
admission-related documents. -
Oversee international processing, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines for
international students. -
Lead the processing and credit evaluation teams and ensure they have consistent routines and
protocols surrounding daily activities.

Liaise with CRM and SIS administrators to ensure the systems are working effectively
and identify system improvements. -
Develop and improve operational efficiency, including assessing operations to streamline
processes and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.

Coordinate the development and implementation of staff training,
as well as cross-departmental training when needed. -
Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for
processing.

Lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving the admissions processes, including system enhancements or process
redesigns. -
Create and maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and analysis to ensure data integrity and inform
decision-making.

Responsible for developing, documenting, and implementing new quality control procedures and reports and
providing oversight for compliance procedures that will ensure accuracy of both the data input into the SIS and CRM, but also the
communications disseminated to applicants/students from the Enrollment Services Processing Office and the Office of
Admissions. -
Special projects and other duties assigned by the Director of Enrollment Services Processing.
Required Qualifications
Master’s and 4+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
