Associate Director, Athletic Finance

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree and
one (1) year of relevant experience. Relevant experience may substitute for required education.

Special
Conditions:
The department is especially interested in candidates with experience in a collegiate athletic or
professional athletic environment as well as candidates who possess a background in financial accounting.

Initial screening of
applicants will begin on September 8, 2025.

Hiring Range: $50,000 per year

Knowledge, Skills,
& Abilities:

• Thorough knowledge of administrative/business office methods and procedures, as well as NCAA rules and policies
• Ability to communicate effectively and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to
  work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Proficiency with
  Microsoft products and spreadsheet software programs such as Word and Excel, web browsers, query tools, financial systems, and/or other
  types of records management systems
• Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance
