Campus Safety Division seeks a dedicated Badging/Card Access Coordinator to join our IDEAL Department team.

This position is a Grade: 6 – 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $31,770 – $38,130 and is subject to change based on
experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue photo ID access cards and mobile ID credentials to
faculty, staff, students, visitors, and contractors - Program access clearances and manage electronic card access systems
campus-wide - Coordinate locksmith services and oversee physical key distribution and management
- Serve as primary point
of contact for ID, electronic access, and locksmith-related inquiries - Troubleshoot physical access issues and provide technical
support - Maintain accurate records of all access credentials and key assignments
- Deliver exceptional customer service
to the diverse campus community
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and
experience - One to three years of related work experience
- Prior work experience in the ID electronic access or
locksmith industry or with the following Software – Ccure9000, Web TMA, Banner, Simple K, Transact - Strong time
management/organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approach - Able to handle multiple projects
and assignments concurrently - Detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent interpersonal
skills, with a strong ability to effectively interact with a diverse team of people and to deal with a fast paced work environment. - Proficient in Gmail, Word, Excel, Adobe
