Job Summary

Responsible for assisting head cook with planning, preparing and serving meals, shopping for food and food preparation supplies; knows and practices safe food handling principles, maintain quality standards; clean up of dining room and kitchen area, cabins, bathhouse and assist with other camp needs when necessary. Assist with grounds maintenance and research.
