Job Description Summary
Responsible for
proactive, responsive and customer-friendly 2nd tier computer support and repair. Assists with the installation and maintenance of
audiovisual gear.

Experience in a
computer-related field or audiovisual technologies
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain,
and deploy computers and audiovisual equipment. - Assist users in resolving computer related problems by providing 2nd tier
support. - Maintain technology-related equipment installed in college facilities at the Weatherford and WCWC campuses, as directed by
the Client Services Manager. - Provide training to faculty, staff, and students in the correct use of computers and audiovisual
equipment. - Assist in the installation, maintenance, and support of smart classrooms.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of
course related software and hardware. - Other duties as assigned by the Client Services Manager.
