Job Description Summary

Responsible for
proactive, responsive and customer-friendly 2nd tier computer support and repair. Assists with the installation and maintenance of
audiovisual gear.

Education

Associate’s degree or equivalent


Required Experience

Experience in a
computer-related field or audiovisual technologies


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Repair, maintain,
    and deploy computers and audiovisual equipment.
  2. Assist users in resolving computer related problems by providing 2nd tier
    support.
  3. Maintain technology-related equipment installed in college facilities at the Weatherford and WCWC campuses, as directed by
    the Client Services Manager.
  4. Provide training to faculty, staff, and students in the correct use of computers and audiovisual
    equipment.
  5. Assist in the installation, maintenance, and support of smart classrooms.
  6. Assist in the maintenance and repair of
    course related software and hardware.
  7. Other duties as assigned by the Client Services Manager.

    installation and maintenance of Windows/Apple-based computer hardware.
  4. Considerable understanding of the installation and
    maintenance of Windows/Apple computer operating systems.
  5. General understanding of software application installation and
    support.
  6. General understanding of smart classroom technology.
  7. Basic networking knowledge.
