Purpose or role of the
position within the organization (Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities):
- Open and close the concession stand.
- Cook & serve hot food.
- Ensure all equipment and space is properly cleaned/maintained.
- Maintain a clean, safe and
organized work environment. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Conduct regular
inspections and training on hygiene and food safety protocols. - Use Shopify POS system.
- Perform daily cash handling,
including register balancing and deposit preparation.
Education Requirements: Nassau County Food manager Certificate
Required
Training, Skills, Knowledge, Experience: Experience cooking, managing, and POS system knowledge
Rate of
Pay: $25 per hour
