Job Summary:

Performs technical work in
the support of the marketing team.

Job Description:


  • Drafts meeting notes and prepares materials including updated
    project benchmarks and research information to support marketing projects, campaigns, and work unit personnel.
  • Summarizes market
    tracking and research data from distributed market surveys.
  • Assists in developing creative marketing strategies and multimedia
    campaigns by creating and distributing draft materials to a variety of project participants.
  • Ensures promotional materials are
    maintained.
  • Modifies materials as directed by professional staff.
  • Schedules meetings of project stakeholders, including
    external vendors as required to maintain project timelines and responds to initial questions.

Job
Responsibilities:

The Coordinator of Housing Communication will supervise the team of Marketing Assistants and manage all events
related to recruitment events. This includes daily tours, weekday and weekend visit events, and orientation tours. This person will work
with the Office of Campus Visits and Orientation programs on these events and maintain a positive working relationship. This position will
also aid the Assistant Director of Marketing in developing other external and internal communication pieces. The Coordinator of Housing
Communication will stay informed about all important dates and processes regarding student housing.



Supervise a staff of 8+ student
workers; manage staff schedules for the main housing office, the call center, daily tours, and visit events; manage extensive call lists in
Google Workspace and in StarRez housing management software system; work with external vendors who provide good and/or services to the
department; maintain digital signage software; assist with coordinating move in and adjacent events.

Preferred two years experience
in area of marketing and communications.

$42,640.00 – $63,980.80
