University’s Office of Procurement Services is pleased to announce the acceptance of qualified applications for the Coordinator, Procurement
vacancy.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
include daily operations, card issuance and maintenance, assist with technical training and assistance, compliance support, fraud reporting
and help resolve P-Card account issues; Review P-Card Reconciliation Reports import credit card expenses, certify user’s transaction against
the credit card provider’s statements for each user; Generate comprehensive reconciliation report of one report that incorporates all
cardholder reports; Reports should include all information needed for the Controller’s Office requires to post P-Card charges; Issuance and
control of all P-Card issued to the University staff including managing limits, purchase restrictions, closures and suspensions; and execute
audits based on procurement regulations, policies and procedures.
Minimum
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in appropriate area of specialization and two years of related experience;
or master’s degree in appropriate area of specialization.
Recommended
Competencies
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and Purchasing Modules;
Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of processes and procedures;
Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Credit
card processing;
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
Ability to
determine work priorities, meet deadlines, and expertise in purchasing card policies;
Ability to follow instructions;
and,
Excellent customer service.

This is an Administrative and Professional (A&P) position.
Conditions of Employment
Successful
candidate is subject to a pre-employment screening which includes a review of criminal records, reference checks and verification of
education. An official college transcript, a high school diploma, or other educational documents must be submitted, where applicable, at the
time of employment.

Section 110.1128, Florida Statutes, prohibits

18 through 25). Additionally, if currently employed by the State, this law prohibits the promotion of such person. You may be required to
