The Customer Relations Management (CRM) Administrator will be the college’s foremost expert in the functionality, capabilities, and possibilities of the CRM. This position will perform advanced technical system setup, edits, and maintenance for the successful campus wide functioning of the CRM. Through advanced knowledge and understanding of functional processes and requirements this position spearheads the college’s efforts in ensuring the accuracy and integration of systematic and structured processes and communications throughout the entire CRM platform. This position is required to execute the vision of college leadership navigating ambiguity and turning it into tangible results. The employee must be self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to achieve results while working with a diverse group of campus leaders as well as independently through the CRM platform.
Job Duties:
- System Improvement and Change Management (Expanding Functionality): Designs and implements new features to optimize system usage, increase automation of student communications, and streamline end-user processes. Serve as subject matter expert on the college’s CRM. Provides division and collegewide support through advanced system knowledge, assessment of technical feasibility and solutions, and the interconnective nature of the CRM, setup, and processes. Advise Dean and Directors on systematic solutions to complex problems. Takes lead on functional projects requiring technical support through system setup, programming, and testing.
- System Maintenance and Data Quality: Responsible for developing, executing, and managing communication campaigns, events, reports, and dashboards. Ensures the overall quality of data by performing data quality control procedures including the review and completion of data change requests, duplicate record management, and standardizing data structures across the platform and institutional departments.
- Business Process Knowledge: Invests and understands the business processes of end users along with their requirements, having the ability to convert business process requirements into technical specifications. Collaborating with key departmental stakeholders on the day-to-day operations of the CRM solution. Provides support to system users and acts as the primary point of contact for power user’s support.
- CRM Upgrade Coordination: Lead the functional team in coordinating the interconnected CRM system upgrades through IT. Design and execute testing, scenarios, and implementation strategies for all system changes, enhancements, upgrades, maintenance, and releases alongside dean, directors, and IT. Documentation and Training: Documents decisions made and current functions and system reality, works with department leaders to ensure appropriate documentation for overall system functions as well as department specific information. Create and execute division and collegewide trainings in the application, use, and best practices of the CRM.
- Enrollment Service Knowledge, Support, and Other Duties: Maintains a wide breadth of knowledge pertaining to all Enrollment Services and Student Support Information, processes, expectations and student support. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelor’s degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience.

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present technical solutions to any audience.
* Ability to work with people of varying technical skills and effectively communicate complex concepts.
* Understanding of confidentiality and user roles and permissions.
