Summary of Job Duties:
The Curriculum Data Integrity Coordinator is
responsible for developing numerous weekly/monthly/term-specific queries and analyzing the data to ensure integrity of the schedule of
classes, catalog of studies, course and program inventory, and classroom scheduling. The coordinator assures accuracy in the student
information system and consistency between the catalog of studies and the Arkansas Division of Higher Education records.
This
position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an
essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with
others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited
institution of higher education - At least three years of experience in data analysis and integrity
- Experience and proficiency
with MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Access and other reporting tools
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience using Workday Student and relevant curriculum management tools particularly those in CourseLeaf (CIM,
CAT, and CLSS)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to work independently, organize and analyze data with attention
to detail under deadline pressure, as well as handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Skill in organizing resources and establishing
priorities - Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
