Job Description
- Perform
assignments and responsibilities of varying degrees of complexity and diversity to support the specialized needs of the university. - Apply perspectives based on experience in key specialty areas to drive outcomes and impact university-wide initiatives.

Analyze and process complex datasets to provide actionable insights, visualizations, and statistical modeling while solving technical
challenges through regulatory research and expert judgment. - Use analytical findings to provide strategic recommendations and
ensure program compliance across the organization. - Lead requirements gathering, explain sensitive information to build consensus,
and assess projects for substantial security and intellectual property impact on the University. - Utilize deep knowledge of School
of Medicine business processes to develop innovative reporting solutions that impact a wide range of customer and project activities. - Interpret data trends and track KPIs by utilizing SQL, Python, or R to deliver accurate data storytelling and visualizations through
Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. - Perform data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis within relational databases to
ensure high-quality reporting and insights. - Utilize strong knowledge of SharePoint, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies to manage
projects and collaborate effectively across teams. - Manage interoperability across HR, Research, and Education domains using ETL
tools such as Active Batch or SSIS. - Design and maintain full stack web applications using React, C#, RESTful APIs, SQL, UI/UX
principles and Git version control. - Audit manual workflows to implement automated processes and develop AI agents or scripts that
drive organizational efficiency and error reduction. - Manage data integrity and stable connectivity across disparate systems while
navigating complex firewall rules and security protocols. - Balance core senior analyst responsibilities with programming and
development tasks as needed to meet evolving organizational goals and technical projects.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of
education and relevant experience, and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is
necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Similar
- Data governance and pipeline optimization
- Data warehousing and architecture, specifically Snowflake
- Familiarity with
higher education or healthcare environments - Proficiency with Adobe Suite or other authoring tools
- Advanced knowledge
of database schema and management - Full stack development experience
- Building AI agents for process improvement
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $69,097.60 – $134,950.40 annually
Grade: GGS – 012
University Title: DATA ANALYST II
