Consistently monitors, evaluates, and reviews graduate employment records and career progression data to ensure accuracy, access and future scalability. Develops data models and best practices to stabilize data for use in 3rd party reporting, accreditation efforts and institutional projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reports directly to the Data Team Manager

Manages and directs entertainment Industry credits for all relevant programs (Oscars, Grammys, etc.).

Ensures accuracy in gathering and reporting points of data required by accreditation per graduate file.

Learns intricacies of graduate employment data points and their relationships within all Career Development efforts.

Builds, Shares & Maintains Salesforce reports supporting various teams.
-
Discovers and addresses situational conditions within graduate records that need the attention of career advisors and management.

Identifies, preps, and archives data to be received by 3rd Party Verifiers for auditing purposes.

Fulfills other duties and assignments as assigned by the Career Development Director and/or Team Lead.
Other Responsibilities:

Manages survey responses.

Builds reports including Top 10 Employers per year, Individual and Team Productivity, and International Placements.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Computer/Equipment Skills:

Proficiency in using software programs such as MS Excel, Tableau Prep, Power BI, Word, Outlook, DropBox, Zoom. Windows 10, Mac OS
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands: Employee must work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds. Physical requirements include the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
