Director of Admissions and Recruitment

Play a pivotal role in shaping the student body at NICC! The Director of Admissions and Recruitment is responsible for developing and
implementing comprehensive strategies to attract and enroll a diverse student population. This role ensures a superior level of student
service while also assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment and enrollment within an integrated enrollment model. NICC

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Strategic
    Enrollment:
    Partner with executive leadership to develop, execute, and monitor annual recruitment plans and marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the admissions representative team,
    providing guidance on event management and campus visit logistics.
  • Diverse
    Outreach:
    Lead engagement initiatives for a wide range of audiences, including specialized management of international (SEVIS) and
    underrepresented groups.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work alongside faculty,
    deans, and career advisors to align recruitment efforts with market demands and program capacity.
  • Operations & Innovation: Manage the admissions budget, oversee program waitlists, and implement modern
    technical
    tools to enhance the recruitment experience.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience
in education, program supervision, and/or community relations strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have supervisory
experience
leading multiple initiatives, projects, and diverse teams. The Director of Admissions and Recruitment will demonstrate inclusive
and
positive leadership, professionalism, and strong written and verbal communication skills while building a solid, cohesive team.
Demonstrated
knowledge of admissions processes, enrollment management strategies, and best practices in student recruitment. Experience
using data
analysis and technology tools to inform decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes. Flexibility to work outside regular
office hours
as needed for events and outreach activities.
