Division Coordinator for International Affairs

Position Number: S73020


This position is a
Grade: 8 – 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $43,940 – $52,740 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and
qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide executive support to Vice President/Vice Provost for International Affairs and
    senior leaders
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings and communications
  • Oversee faculty and student
    grant program coordination and reporting
  • Lead event planning and coordination for international programs
  • Support OIA
    Shared Services Operations Team with cross-divisional projects
  • Manage financial tracking, student hiring processes, and shared
    administrative tools
  • Serve as central communication liaison across multiple departments


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience;
    Associates Degree preferred.
  • Five to eight years of administrative or project coordination experience, preferably in
    higher education.
  • Three to five years of experience may be considered if accompanied by the preferred education level.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and intercultural communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
    in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with administrative technologies including Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, Banner, and
    web-based calendaring tools.
  • Experience preparing communications, reports, and professional presentations.
  • Ability to
    exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Commitment to internationalization.
