STARTING SALARY RANGE: $55,214.87 – $72,042.91

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Enrollment Operations Manager
plays a key role in supporting and coordinating the daily functions of the enrollment team. This position provides administrative and
operational leadership to ensure efficient processes that support prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. The Enrollment
Operations Manager will directly supervise the Enrollment Coaches and provide collaborative support to Student Recruitment and Enrollment
Specialists and Admissions Processing Specialists.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in higher education admissions, enrollment management, or related student services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working with student information
    systems (SIS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
  • Knowledge of admissions processing, transcript evaluation, and
    enrollment practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the
    ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple students’ progress
    simultaneously.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex institutional processes.

  • Proficiency with student information systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.

  • Ability to work
    collaboratively across multiple departments.
