We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Office Manager supporting an Executive and their team engaged in Government Affairs and Public Relations.
The Executive Assistant / Office Manager performs the following essential functions:
- Providing high-level executive administrative support to a Senior Executive and their team
- Manage complex calendars
- Screen, prioritize and respond to incoming communications
- Coordinating travel arrangements and being available to travel as needed
- Coordinating special events
- Oversee daily office operations
- Assisting with special projects
- Coordinate high-level meetings, board sessions and offsite meetings
- Take meeting minutes, track action items and ensure follow up on deliverables
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare executive level presentations, documents, reports and correspondence
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience supporting C-suite Executive and their team required.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and changing priorities
- Ability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements.
- Excellent computer skills
- Will require some travel
