Responsibilities

Primary Job Duties:
* Talent Strategy and
Workforce Planning – Assist in executing talent strategies, conduct skills gap analyses, and support workforce planning efforts to align
capabilities with organizational goals.
* Talent Acquisition and Onboarding – Partner with HR in recruitment and selection processes,
develop and manage onboarding programs, and monitor outcomes to ensure effective integration of new hires.
* Talent Development and
Performance – Support career path development; partner with Resource Managers to support employees in setting SMART goals aligned with
organizational objectives, ensuring that performance metrics reflect both technical and behavioral competencies; and manage employee
relations including performance concerns.
* Employee Experience and Engagement – Assist in implementing engagement strategies; monitor
team morale; help collect employee feedback; support communication channels within your team; and assist in promoting work-life
balance.
