Required
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or closely related field.
- Four (4)
years of related experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain
policy, process, and procedures for the IT HelpDesk. Supervise and direct assigned personnel. - Coordinates use of facilities, and
secures materials, equipment, and other supportive services as needed to facilitate programs - Leads or participates in various
projects. - Attend and conduct staff meetings to exchange information, discuss and resolve problems or issues.
- Creates and
maintains various reports and records. - Researches, analyzes, and recommends adjustments for areas that need
improvements - Provide input to develop and maintain overall IT policies, procedures and manuals.
- Other duties and special
projects as assigned and directed by the President or their designee.
Knowledge, Skills, &
Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated attention to
detail and ability to work in a multi-task environment. - Ability to develop and meet goals is required.
- Must have knowledge
of hardware and software operating systems and have the ability to perform specialized technical work. - The ability to apply
specialized technical or professional principles and practices in the solution of problems. - Ability to communicate effectively, both
orally and in writing, and be flexible to meet the demands of the College.
