Job Duties
- Leads and supports vendor assignments and supports the Senior Manager, Supplier
Relationship Management with ad hoc and challenging vendor and/or team challenges to find operational solutions. - Creates processes
and procedures for the team in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Supplier Relationship Management and teammates. - Partners with
Incident Management for vendor systems as the second point of escalation. - Partners with initiative leaders (business partners,
project managers, business owners, etc.) and vendors regarding vendor related services, programs, and initiatives. - In partnership
with leadership, defines short- and long-term process improvement strategies that are scalable and drive continuous
improvement. - Analyzes current business operations, processes and systems and identifies opportunities for
improvement. - Establishes key operational metrics, analyzes data, and applies to influence improvement initiatives.
- Develops
and establishes functional and department standards and policies in partnership with leadership and stakeholders. - Identifies and
implements effective solutions that improve operations and align with functional and department objectives. - Leads cross-functional
teams to operationalize standards and business models that effectively operationalize contracts with third-party vendors. - Develops
and leads communication and training plans for the team and other parties impacted by process changes and/ or third-party vendor process
improvements. - Researches and investigates new trends and technologies to meet current and future operational needs.
- Performs
other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field of
study - 5 years of related experience
- 1 year of leadership experience
- Equivalent relevant experience performing the
essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1
year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager. - Must currently reside in, or be willing to
relocate to Salt Lake City, Utah area within 60 days of offer acceptance. - Ability to work on-site at the Salt Lake City, Utah office
four (4) days per week with the option to work remotely on Fridays, as scheduled by the department. - Ability to travel up to 25% or
as needed to visit suppliers/conferences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in related field of
study - PMP or CMP Certification
- Change Practitioner Certification

Full-Time Regular Positions (classified as regular and working 40 standard weekly hours): This is a full-time, regular position (classified
