Job Summary

The Mobile Health Learning Lab and Health Training
Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing health education by collaborating with community organizations, employer partners, faculty, and
staff to assess and meet training needs through the Mobile Health Learning Lab. This dynamic position oversees all aspects of the lab’s
operations-including driving and set-up of the vehicle, marketing, scheduling, contracts, logistics, and on-site coordination-while also
managing the maintenance and transportation of the mobile unit. The coordinator will serve as the primary driver and on-site lead, ensuring
seamless clinic or simulation setup, client communication, and operational excellence at each location. In addition, this role works closely
with the Workforce Development Coordinator to identify emerging training opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated
professional who is passionate about workforce development, community engagement, and innovative health education
delivery.



This is a grant funded position through December of 2026. Continued employment will be
contingent upon acquiring additional funding at that
time.


Qualifications

  • Valid Colorado State Driver’s License with a clean
    driving record, ability to pass drug testing
  • Ability to drive, park and maintain at 38′ RV (Mobile Lab)
  • Experience in
    program coordination, logistics management, and community outreach.
  • Associates degree from an accredited institution or equivalent
    combination of education and/or relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and
    Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing
    multiple projects and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible Schedule

Preferred
Qualifications:

  • Experience with setting up Medical Simulation Labs, including preparing, and maintaining computerized
    manikins, trainers, and simulation hardware and software.
  • Experience working in Mobile Health Care Units and driving Mobile Health
    Units including but not limited to, Mobile Vaccine Clinics, Mobile Primary Care Clinics, Mobile Dentist, Ambulances,
    etc.
