Job Summary
The OPS Non-Student ITS Event Support Associate helps deliver and support technology used in campus events, classes, and meetings.

Job Description

Typical duties include but not limited to:

Delivers, installs, troubleshoots, and operates audio visual systems, streaming platforms, and computers used in classes, meetings, conferences, and other special events.
Ensures correct operation of audio-visual equipment, assists users with operational issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Learns to use basic software tools to enhance audio and video sources.
Assists in processing customer requests.
Assists in tracking tickets in work order system.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Possess the knowledge of general written standards and procedures utilized, and have the ability to read, interpret, and follow procedural and policy manual related to the job tasks.

Provide quality customer service by creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Present a professional image in word, action, and attire.

Demonstrate skills necessary to look at situations and processes critically to make recommendations for improvement.
