General Description / Primary Purpose

The Records Specialist ensures the accuracy, integrity, and
effective management of donor data within the Raiser’s Edge database. This position supports the Foundation’s fundraising efforts by
ensuring high-quality data management and providing administrative support to the Gift Processing team.

Job Function

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Update biographical and contact information for alumni, donor and constituent
  records.
• Identify and merge duplicate constituent records to maintain data integrity.
• Review gift data entry and tax
  receipts for accuracy against collected documentation.
• Conduct ongoing data cleanup efforts to ensure consistency and
  reliability.
• Utilize queries to perform quality assurance checks and identify common data errors.
• Provide general
  administrative support to the Gift Processing team.
