General Description / Primary Purpose
The Records Specialist ensures the accuracy, integrity, and
effective management of donor data within the Raiser’s Edge database. This position supports the Foundation’s fundraising efforts by
ensuring high-quality data management and providing administrative support to the Gift Processing team.
Job Function
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Update biographical and contact information for alumni, donor and constituent
records. - Identify and merge duplicate constituent records to maintain data integrity.
- Review gift data entry and tax
receipts for accuracy against collected documentation. - Conduct ongoing data cleanup efforts to ensure consistency and
reliability. - Utilize queries to perform quality assurance checks and identify common data errors.
- Provide general
administrative support to the Gift Processing team.
