Summary of Position
This
position will work up to 28 hours per week with some evening hours required. This is a nine-month position typically working from mid-August
until mid-May. The anticipated start date for this position is October 2025; however, this is an estimated date and can be revised if
needed.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
*
Work under the supervision of the Dental Hygiene Clinic Supervisor.
* Perform general clerical duties associated with a dental clinic
reception area.
* Answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, copying, keeping standard office operating procedures updated and
data entry.
* Assist full-time clinic clerk.
* Serve students and their patients during the day or during evening clinic hours.
*
Cultivates an environment of belonging that values, respects, supports, and celebrates individual similarities and differences, allowing
students, faculty and staff to thrive authentically.
* Support, promote, and develop university student enrollment and retention
initiatives.
* Any other duties assigned within the position classification area.

* Ability to perform basic mathematical
operations with accuracy.
