Summary
The School of Professional
Advancement is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead who will partner with external marketing agencies and internal stakeholders to establish
overall digital strategy, build and own the performance measurement framework, and actively manage marketing effectiveness to drive
enrollment growth and program impact. This role will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive portfolio of digital marketing
strategies designed to fuel growth and continuous improvement across academic programs. The Performance Marketing Lead will oversee and be
directly accountable for performance outcomes across key platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions, and
LinkedIn Conversions, among others, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across all channels.

The
Performance Marketing Lead will build and own the full measurement infrastructure, including designing the performance framework, developing
modeling and forecasting methodologies, and creating dashboards that inform strategic decision-making. This individual will actively
evaluate results and shift media allocations in real time based on performance insights.



In collaboration with external
digital marketing partners, the Performance Marketing Lead will guide media strategy, tactical planning, bid strategy, and budget
allocation.

Required Education and/or Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related
    field
  • 8 years of digital marketing experience.
  • 8 years of digital marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the higher education recruitment space for online
    learners
  • Experience with higher education CRMs.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital engagement channels, technical
    strategies, and emerging global trends.
  • Clear track record of effectively leading high-profile initiatives to meet performance
    marketing KPIs.
  • Deep experience and understanding of the principles and disciplines of performance marketing, including SEM,
    affiliates, display, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Proven analytical skills in leveraging customer data and insights to
    drive campaign decisions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of emerging AI-driven tools and practices in digital performance
    marketing, including audience targeting, content optimization, and campaign analytics.
  • Clear understanding and
    demonstrable experience of working with internal stakeholders to execute and measure a digital engagement strategy to achieve growth
    objectives.
