Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Program Manager will lead the
research, design, and continuous improvement of K-5 mathematics micro-credential courses within the NUMeROS project. This position provides
strategic oversight of the development and revision of micro-credential coursework, the coordination and supervision of a course-writing
team, and the establishment of systems for course review and quality assurance. The Senior Program Manager will manage specific project
deliverables and timelines. The role includes collaboration with the project Principal Investigators, the project director, consultants, and
the funding provider.



Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

Associate’s Degree + 9 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of relevant experience. Master’s degree or higher
preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
A
master’s degree in education, mathematics, curriculum and instruction, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have demonstrated
experience in professional learning design and facilitation, curriculum development, and project management, as well as at least five years
of math teaching experience. Preferred candidates will also have experience with online learning platforms (such as Canvas),
micro-credentials, or competency-based professional learning models.
