The Enrollment Services department is seeking 1 Project Coordinator to join the

Georgia State University is seeking a dynamic professional to lead and support initiatives under the
Beyond College to Career pillar of the BluePrint to 2033 strategic plan. A key focus of
this role is implementing VMock, an AI-powered virtual career assistant designed to enhance student access to career
services. This position will provide leadership and support for this and other career initiatives, create and administer related processes,
and plan and implement trainings, activities, and content to facilitate goals and engagement. The position will work collaboratively with
faculty to incorporate career readiness tools like VMock into the classroom, educate staff on VMock and other tools they can share with
students, and plan communication strategies to increase engagement. The position will be responsible for related data management, and report
to the Director of Academic & Career Integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Career Initiatives &
Platform Management
- Direct and coordinate administration of the VMock platform and related career initiatives.
- Develop and implement learning resources for students, faculty, and staff in partnership with campus departments (IT, UCS, etc.).
- Collaborate with academic leadership and faculty to integrate career readiness tools into curricula.
- Lead in-person and virtual trainings and presentations.
- Manage ongoing maintenance and growth of VMock and
related programs.
- Supervise graduate assistants to support program goals.
Communication &
Outreach
- Design and execute communication campaigns to promote career platforms and increase engagement.
- Develop and update digital content, including websites and social media.
- Represent career initiatives at campus
events, workshops, and external conferences.
- Contribute to proposals for external funding and program
sustainability.
Collaboration
- Serve as liaison with campus partners to ensure platform support and
compliance.
- Participate in divisional and university-wide committees to advance program objectives.
Data Management & Reporting
- Track and analyze student usage and engagement data.
- Use
data insights to design targeted outreach strategies.
- Establish user RPG data baseline and analysis.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership on platform performance and engagement metrics.
Service &
Representation
- Act as the primary point of contact for VMock.
- Represent GSU positively in professional
organizations and with state and national colleagues.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum
Hiring Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience, or a combination of education and
related experience.
Preferred Hiring Qualifications:
Strong leadership and project management
skills. experience with career services, student success, or related fields, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
