PT Attendant-Concession Stand

Job Summary

Provide professional customer service to customers while preparing food and keeping the work environment clean.

Required Qualifications


  • Experience in Customer Service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s License
  • Experience working with a Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Service
  • Cash handling experience

Essential Functions


  • Greet customers when they approach the concession stand
  • Answer questions regarding products and pricing in a friendly manner
  • Accurately record customer’s orders in the POS system and collect cash and/or credit card payments
  • Prep and serve food and drinks while wearing proper food prep gloves and changing gloves to avoid cross-contamination
  • Maintain clean work environment while working the concession stand
  • Sweep/mop, take out trash, and practice good hand washing
  • Monitor inventory, keeping the concession stand well-stocked
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, reach overhead, and lift/move up to 25 pounds
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with others verbally and electronically; must be able to exchange accurate information
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Noisy environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Security Sensitivity

Min Salary: $11.00 per hour



Max Salary: $11.00 per hour
