Summary of Position
Provides assistance to Radiography program faculty in the laboratory setting. Work up to 28 hours per week, when students are in
session. May be required to work some evenings. The anticipated start date for this position is April of 2025 at the earliest, and June of
2025 at the latest; however, this is an estimated date and can be revised if needed.

Bachelor’s degree in
healthcare or related field.
Two years related work experience.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
* Assist in
the set-up of instructional laboratory and modules.
* Communicate with faculty to ensure labs are prepared prior to start.
* Assist
students in laboratory activities as directed by lab faculty.
* Assist in demonstrating positions.
* Assist in student evaluations for
lab.
* Monitor student progress in lab.
* Ensure lab policies and procedures are enforced, including radiation safety.
* Assist in
the cleanup of the laboratory following instructional sessions.
* Organize & maintain supply inventory.
* Operate & maintain
laboratory equipment
* Demonstrates an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in working relationships with
students, faculty, staff, and community members.
* Support, promote, and develop university student enrollment and retention
initiatives.
* Any other duties assigned within the position classification area.
Skills and Abilities
Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
