Radiologic Technologist – PRN

This position is housed within our Purdue University Student Health Center.

In this role you will:

• Perform diagnostic x-ray exams
• Verify patient history and orders
• Forward images to radiologists for results
• Ensure that proper documentation is made in the patient’s electronic health record
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Make a difference in our students’ and staff’s care!

• This is a PRN, non-benefited position
• Position requires coverage for an 8-hour shift on 2-3 Saturday’s per month, August – May, with other occasional assigned hours.
• The pay for this position is $40 per hour

Education

Required:

An associate degree or higher

A.R.R.T. Certification

Indiana State Department of Health Diagnostic X-Ray Machine Operators License

Knowledge of DR and PACS radiology software

Experience

1 year of Radiologic Technologist experience preferred
