Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops NSF budget annual requests and industry collaboration
budgets - Manages NSF Center for Synthetic Organic Electrochemistry budget and budgets for industry collaborations
- Organizes
the writing, editing, and submission of the annual and final NSF reports - Organizes annual all hands meetings, annual external
advisory board meetings, and weekly science meetings - Manages the outreach coordinator and other staff of the center
- Attends monthly meeting with NSF program managers and presents monthly updates to NSF
- Collect and maintain success metric
data - Maintains the website and other activities to recruit new graduate students and postdocs to the center
- Ensures all
team members are following the data management plan and NSF policies - Organize NSF program reviews
- Coordinate and manage
>10 subawards including the subaward for external evaluation - Coordinate and manage industrial contracts with industrial
collaborators of the center - Maintains center social media presence
Minimum Qualifications
A
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable
knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience
managing a multi-university National Science Foundation Center - Experience with subawards and industrial
collaborations
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established
as $69,098 to $102,024 annually.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s
particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.

COLLEGE of ENGINEERING & COMPUTING (CEC)
Missouri S&T’s College of Engineering and Computing
is the largest of three colleges at S&T, accounting for approximately 80% of the total enrollment (about 4,500 undergraduates and 800
graduate students). The college includes more than 170 ranked faculty members who serve in 16 undergraduate programs, all with master’s and
doctoral equivalents organized into nine academic departments. The college recently added a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering and

The College of Arts,
