Summary of Job Duties:
The Senior Program Manager,
Student Entrepreneurship Programs, reporting to the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, leads the design and delivery of high-impact,
student-facing initiatives within the Office of Entrepreneurship & Innovation (OEI). This position manages OEI’s student startup
competitions and other events, early-stage founder engagement, and the Venture Intern Program. The Senior Program Manager works
collaboratively with students, faculty, and startup partners to support students at every stage of the entrepreneurial journey-from idea
development to real-world application. The role also includes supervisory responsibility for a full-time staff member, a graduate assistant,
and a team of students, as well as oversight of event logistics, budget management, and program evaluation.

Regular, reliable, and
non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships
with others.



Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in education,
    business, entrepreneurship or a related field
  • At least four years of experience in higher education, student development,
    entrepreneurship, or event/program management
  • Experience supervising student workers and/or professional staff
  • Strong
    organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Airtable, and other collaboration
    tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in education, business, communications, or a related
    field
  • Familiarity with startup ecosystems, venture internships, or entrepreneurship education
  • Experience planning and
    executing high-visibility events or student programs
  • Ability to develop and deliver student-centered training and
    content

Additional Information:


This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position,
availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
