Student Assistant – Lang Theater

The Theater Program within The Arts Department at Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts seeks a student assistant to assist the Theater Program Director with organizing the costume room/storage closet.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting Arts faculty/staff with organizing costume room
• Maintaining inventory, including discarding items that are no longer needed
• Coordinating with Lang Arts Production Manager to have costumes properly laundered/dry cleaned, as needed
• Assembling/moving clothing storage racks
• Other tasks, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matriculated New School student
• Organizational skills
• Ability to occasionally carry/move items 40+ lbs
• Up to 5 hours per week

Hourly Rate – $17

Work mode – On – Campus

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include supporting Arts faculty and staff with organizing and maintaining the costume room, including managing inventory and removing unneeded items. The role also involves coordinating with the Lang Arts Production Manager to ensure costumes are properly cleaned, assembling or moving storage racks, and completing other assigned tasks as needed.
