Position Summary
The Student Experience Coordinator is a dynamic and service-oriented professional responsible
for the support of student-facing communications, transactions, and visitor experience of future Maria College students from first contact
through enrollment. This includes organizing and co-hosting daily campus visits, registration/onboarding, orientation, and the handling of
email and telephone communications across campus offices. This role ensures welcoming and informative experience for new students and their
families, acting as a liaison between admissions, financial aid, registrar, advising and student support to optimize the prospective student
experience and College enrollment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary contact for
prospective student visitor inquiries via phone, email, and campus information systems; track registrations and confirmations and share
across appropriate campus office. - Support operations and greet the main College telephone line, as well as provide back-up
telephone support for Admissions, Registrar, and Student Financial Services as assigned. - Act as the initial greeter and host for
on-campus visitors identifying and directing guests to best-fit offices to complete critical enrollment documents and processes on behalf of
Admissions, Registrar, Advising, and Student Financial Services. - Schedule and manage appointments and assignments of regular on-
and off-campus visits and events, including daily tours, virtual visitors, and recruitment travel. - Assist students with initiating
enrollment-based applications and processes, from the admissions application, FAFSA, and campus SIS/LMS systems. - Collect and
process final enrollment documentation, such as final transcripts, immunizations, and transcripts - Prepare and distribute visit
materials (e.g., agendas, maps, presentations), coordinate campus logistics (facilities, signage), and ensure seamless experience. Track and
manage inventory of related publications and tools. - Maintain accurate records in CRM or SIS regarding campus visit counts, event
participation, follow-up activities. - Understanding of and commitment to the mission of the College.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Availability for occasional weekly evening hours and monthly weekend hours as
needed. - Frequent on-campus mobility—standing, walking, lifting materials—and occasional campus driving or coordination.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both oral and
written. - Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with students, College staff, and faculty.
- Excellent
organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Technology
Skills:
- Intermediate competency in Windows operating environment using MS Office applications e-mail, and
internet-based databases.
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent required;
bachelor’s degree preferred. - Experience working with a diverse populations in an academic, hospitality or customer service
environment
Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 (based on experience)
