Systems Administrator, Level II or III
We are seeking a Tier II Cloud Engineer to support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services at the
University. This role will provide technical guidance in planning and implementing new solutions while ensuring the stability and
reliability of existing platforms. You will work closely with IT and business partners to design and deliver solutions that support
institutional needs, with emphasis on Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Compliance
Center, along with integrations into both physical and digital university environments.



  • Manage daily service requests and incident
    ticket queues.
  • Monitor system alerts and troubleshoot issues across Unified Communications and collaboration platforms.
  • Collaborate with other engineers on complex tasks and cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute to the design, deployment, and
    support of Unified Communications projects as assigned.
  • Ensure email and messaging services are fully functional and
    optimized.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support processes.
  • Provide Tier II escalation
    support, mentoring Tier I staff when appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation (e.g., PowerShell
    scripting).
