Job Description
The Program Coordinator II, under general supervision, works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop and implement programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide logistical, fiscal, administrative, and on-site support for OUS events and initiatives, including Academic Achievement Ceremony, Hoggie Days, Preview Days, and other special functions such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding OUS programs (Honors College, BAAS, GENS, and FTIC initiatives), curriculum updates, and advising concerns.
- Develop and manage communications and marketing strategies for OUS programs, including creating content for social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials to support recruitment and engagement efforts.
- Maintain program records, statistics, and reports; analyze data to prepare evaluations, manuals, and publications.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and assessment of Honors College Applications, policies and standard operating procedures for Honors, BAAS, and GENS programs.
- Collaborate with Career Engagement to support initiatives enhancing student competencies and create robust third- and fourth-year student experiences.
- Provide technical and administrative support for program development and improvement, including assistance with identifying potential funding opportunities.
- Supervise student workers and/or program staff as needed to ensure smooth operations of OUS initiatives.
- Perform a range of administrative functions, including word processing, data management, composing and editing correspondence and reports, and maintaining office materials and supplies.
- Manage OUS fiscal activities.
Minimum Requirements
Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience – Four years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of -Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Ability to -Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Verbal and written communication skills.
