Person Specification The successful candidate will have postgraduate degree or equivalent in Corporate Finance (or related area) and a PhD. You will have good knowledge of corporate finance, financial accounting, statistics, and analytical techniques. You will demonstrable experience of electronic databases (Datastream, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, BvD, etc) and econometrics and software (Stata preferred). You will have experience of conducting research and writing both academic and business audiences, with an understanding of M&A.
