What You’ll Be Doing as an Assessment Officer: Working as part of the Assessments team you will provide an excellent standard of customer service and assist with the smooth operations of the department ensuring effective and high-quality administration is provided to students and staff across all programmes and online/digital platforms. Dealing with enquiries from, students and staff ensuring accurate and professional responses at all times in line with policies and procedures of the University and administer the policies to advise staff and students accordingly. You will be required to promote and sustain a constructive, supportive, and friendly working relationship with all customers, external and internal immediate and senior management and other work colleagues. Experiences that you can bring to the team: A general education to include three good passes at ‘A’ level or equivalent qualification or relevant experience. Experience of working within an education setting in a student-facing role. Experience of managing and implementing complex administrative processes used in a busy office within a complex organisation. Experience of providing information, advice and guidance to individuals on a one-to-one basis. Relevant experience in the provision of high[1]quality customer service. Innovation and Business Development Project Coordinator

Can you work collaboratively with others to achieve a shared objective? Can you coordinate activities across multiple projects at the same time? Do you want to play a key role in the delivery of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership scheme?  You will provide support across the full range of Knowledge Exchange activity with specific responsibility for the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) scheme. Your main focus will be on managing our growing portfolio of live KTP projects: keeping projects on track; financial management and budget monitoring; developing and maintaining internal and external processes; helping promote KTP to key stakeholders; ensuring information across multiple simultaneous projects is kept up-to-date impact is captured and disseminated effectively. You will need to be able to use your tenacity, initiative, planning, analytical and communication skills to manage multiple projects working closely with busy and senior people from industry, funders and academia; and your organisation skills and financial acumen to track key dates, compile financial reports and develop and monitor processes and tasks undertaken by other team members.
