Applications are invited for a Programme Coordinator to provide administrative support for the three undergraduate programmes within the Faculty. These are the long-running Architecture and History of Art Triposes, and the new interdisciplinary Design Tripos which combines architecture, material science and engineering into one undergraduate degree.

The post includes liaising with relevant accrediting bodies, e.g. the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and working with the relevant academics to ensure that the course content maps clearly to requirements. Across all undergraduate portfolio, the role holder will work with the Chief Secretaries of each programme. They will ensure a consistency of approach towards internal and external communication, timetabling and reporting to stakeholders as needed.

To perform this role effectively you will join us with experience of administrative work, ideally within education, and with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills. Flexibility, good time management and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to prioritise a diverse workload and meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, versatile, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

The position is full-time and is available on a permanent basis.

Applicants should be educated to degree level/Level 6 vocational qualification or equivalent level of practical experience.
