As Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for running recruitment initiatives, where you will source the best people for our roles.
We are seeking someone who aspires to have a career in Human Resources. Full training will be provided, so this opportunity could be a first role or progressive role for someone already with a HR background. It’s not essential for you to be CIPD qualified or already studying towards, as NDM have an established apprenticeship programme to support the right person.

Our position is full-time and initially offered as a fixed term contract for two years, with the possibility of extension and is funded by the department.
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent with good numerical skills and an excellent eye for detail.
