The School of Medicine, University of Nottingham is looking to appoint a Research and Knowledge Exchange Coordinator to provide professional administrative and project support to the Director of Research and Knowledge Exchange (RKE) and the Head of RKE. The School of Medicine’s mission is to improve people’s health and wellbeing through outstanding education, research and knowledge exchange. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of colleagues in support of RKE excellence. 

You will be responsible for the administrative support for the School of Medicine RKE leadership, enabling them to work to the optimum in terms of efficiency and organisation. You will also coordinate and provide administrative support for research development and other strategic projects by supporting bids for funding, maintaining databases and project management tools, and data capture and reporting.

You will have excellent customer service, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Your previous experience will enable you to provide professional, proactive, and flexible administrative and project support in the School of Medicine RKE Service.

This is a full-time (36.25 hours per week), permanent position. However applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
