Hours: 8.00 am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, subject to departmental shift patterns, plus occasional evening and weekend work plus INSET days, occasional training days and open mornings.

We are seeking a pro-active, organised and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk team within the IT Services Department.
Working under the Service Desk Manager, it is an opportunity to deliver vital Information Technology and Digital provision across both our sites, whilst supporting and administering a wide-ranging IT Service Desk. We are looking for a ideally dedicated, energetic and organised individual who will be committed to the delivery of an outstanding service at St George’s Weybridge.
You will have excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills to foster good working relationships with staff, suppliers and contractors. You should be self-motivated, with proven ability to work independently to a high standard as well as working as part of a team.
