Executive Director of Workforce and Economic Development provides visionary, college-wide leadership to strengthen the connection between
education, work, and regional prosperity. Serving as a bridge between Herkimer County Community College and the Mohawk Valley’s employers
and industries, this position drives the creation, delivery, and growth of innovative workforce programs, credit and non-credit courses,
microcredentials, apprenticeships, internships, workshops and short-term training opportunities, which meet the region’s evolving needs. The
Executive Director fosters dynamic partnerships,m secures resources, and positions the college as a trusted partner in advancing the Mohawk
Valley’s economic vitality.
