Posting Summary

Rutgers University-Camden seeks a Program Coordinator I for the Community Leadership Center. The Program Coordinator will provide high-level coordination and support for the Alfredo and Gloria Bonilla-Santiago Scholarship Fund and serve as a critical liaison to LEAP alumni and the broader community. This role is responsible for leading the scholarship’s application, selection, allocation, and tracking processes, as well as overseeing fundraising and donor stewardship efforts. The coordinator also supports the planning and execution of Community Leadership Center (CLC) events and coordinates the placement and tracking of Rutgers University students (tutors, fellows, interns) across LEAP and CLC programs.

This is a grant funded position contingent upon the availability of funds to support it.

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, within university policy and salary schedules, as well as departmental budgets.

* Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.

* Knowledge of scholarship fund administration, donor relations, and fundraising practices.
* Familiarity with alumni engagement strategies and database management.
* Skills in social media marketing, content creation, and community outreach.
* Experience with student placement programs, internships, or volunteer coordination.
